Through the Initial Capacity Assessment, the RFFCP east subregion team interviewed 47 people representing more than 30 agencies and organizations to better understand the efforts revolving around ecosystem health and fire prevention. Partners came from all three counties in the East subregion (Alpine, Mono, and Inyo) and represented all types of organizations, including federal, state, and local agencies; fire safe councils; small nonprofits; Tribes; and water suppliers.
